H5N1 at Hokkaido from Bard(duck) droppings
大沼 "Ônuma" Marsh

There are more than 10,000 ducks and about 1,000 tundra swans in Ônuma.
The tundra swan is going south.
(21 Oct., about 3,200 tundra swans was in Ômuma)
Hokkaido University used 8 fowls to experiment with H5N1 of Ônuma. and 5 fowls died.
The gene was analyzed, and it almost same with the virus from the corpse of the grebe in Mongolia in June.
